recently, dr. xiao met a female patient in the outpatient clinic. she was only in her twenties and had just started working for more than a year. then she discovered that she often forgot things at work, which brought a lot of inconvenience to her work and life, so when she came to the hospital for examination, the doctor suggested that she do an mri. it was found that there were many small cerebral infarctions and multiple lacunar infarcts. then the doctor asked her to do an mra, and it was found that she had moyamoya disease.

moyamoya disease can cause ischemia, hypoxia, and memory loss, including a decline in executive ability. especially if it occurs suddenly, you should be alert and go to a regular hospital for some magnetic resonance examinations and vascular examinations, especially for young people. don't stay up late often. staying up late will interfere with our normal brain rest and easily cause ischemic attacks. therefore, more and more young people are suffering from cerebrovascular diseases and even sudden death.
so i advise everyone not to stay up late, and don’t overeat. drinking and smoking often induce cerebrovascular diseases.
